Coverage and Benefits

The policy covers various aspects, including Full Retrospective Cover, Legal Representation at Inquiry, Medical Incident Cover, and others. For more understanding on coverage and benefits, please read the full certificate wordings.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate information during the application process and for complying with the terms of the Takaful certificate once issued.

Limitation of Liability

MMT Care its affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of information on this website or from the services provided.

Amendments to Terms of Service

MMT Care reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in specific circumstances, such as cancellation of the certificate before its commencement or cancelling the certificate before its expiration, or excess amount of payment from the actual contribution.

To request a refund, policyholders must submit a written notice, providing valid reasons and any required documentation and email to us at [email protected]

Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt of the request and all necessary documentation.

The refund amount, if applicable, will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, taking into account any service charges or administrative fees.

No refunds will be issued for claims made or incidents occurring before the cancellation of the policy.

MMT Care reserves the right to modify or amend the refund policy at any time without prior notice.
